At J’s Restaurant at Nashoba Valley Winery, we strive to offer an exceptional dining experience in a serene farmhouse setting. To ensure this, we have established the following reservation policies:


Reservation Booking

  • Advance Reservations: Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance through our online reservation system

  • Credit Card Hold Requirement:   A $10 per-person credit card hold is implemented to secure reservations. This hold will be forfeited if the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time or if the guest is a no-show. 

     
    Policy:
    • A credit card hold of $10 per person will be placed on the credit card provided at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
    • This hold will be released automatically if the reservation is not canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time.
    • If the reservation is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time or if the guest is a no-show, the $10 per-person hold will be charged to the credit card.
    • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of the hold. 

Group Size and Seating

  • Table Size Limitations: To maintain our intimate ambiance, we limit most reservations to parties of 4 or fewer. On Thursdays and Fridays, we accept one reservation for 5 to 8 people and one for 5 to 6 people. On Saturday evenings, we accept two reservations for 5 or 6 people. 

  • Private Dining Options: For a more exclusive experience, we offer private dining rooms on the second floor for parties of 2 to 6 guests. These rooms provide a secluded setting and are available Thursday through Saturday evenings. 


Outdoor Seating

  • Weather-Dependent Outdoor Seating: All reservations are initially for indoor seating. Should the weather permit, outdoor seating will be offered to those with existing indoor reservations on a first-come, first-served basis. 


Special Considerations

  • Special Events and Holidays: For special events or holidays, reservation policies may vary.
